When to take dose

I am taking 1,4ad bold and am taking 800mgs a day. When should I take them and should they be spaced? All at once 94) pills before work out or sapced throughout the day. Same thing with my p-plex. I am taking 30mgs (2) pills a day. How should these be taken?

I am taking it spaced out right now like the bottles say but was just wondering if it would work better to take it at one time before working out.
