When to start

Hello, I did a 8 week cycle of sus250 and have Torem and Novadex XT on hand for PCT. I have been searching and seeing some differant opinions on when to start my pct and on the dosage. I am planning on dosing the Torem 120/90/60/30. It takes about 15 days for the esters to clear my system correct? So start in 15 days? When and how should I dose the Novadex? I appreciate the help guys.
 
Any one? I appologize if this gets frequently asked here. I searched and still feel the need to ask. I know I should have had every thing 100% awhile ago.
