When to start gw

Hello all I've run gw 2x once with great results. I was wondering when you guys use your gw is it during a recomp a cut. And what dosages you use I was thinking 20 a day
 
The first time I used it I got crazy endurance. I was able to increase my sprint times on the treadmill. Tightened up quite a bit. More wind when sparring

Were both runs the same label/same source?
