When to dose samE and NAC w/respect to DS

when is the best time to dose samE and NAC when taking a methylated ds (epidrol)? I have read a few different things, such as several hours before, or several hours after, or with, is there a definitive answer here?

I've read that the samE should have a 4 hr window before and after taking the DS

I agree with scooter. Take the SAM-e on a empty stomach first thing in the morning. I dose it at 400mg. The NAC I dose at 1200 on cycle 600 off.

i agree. i was taking my SAMe at least 3 hours before and after my PH dosages.
