When to dose PA?

When I used PA I dosed first thing in the morning. I found it made sure I took it and most days I lift in the am.
 
I would shoot for 30-60 minutes preworkout.

If using SL granules to enjoy the muscle building should 1 tbsp every day in the morning suffice?

I look for Optima as I am Europe (PA 1.3 per tbsp)

Thoughts?
