When to dose organ shield oncycle

When do u dose organ shield on cycle im running H-drol and was wondering if you should take with the ph or 4 hours after i know when i used cycle assist that you were supposed to do 4 hours after but ive read this may not be the case for this product.

pretty sure its 4 hours after... someone who knows more than me should chime in though.

thats what i thought but i know thats with cycle assist wasn't sure on this product.

I take two with breakfast, and two with dinner, ragerldess of whether I am on cycle or not....
