When to dose cycle assist

I was just talking to some friends and they mentioned that if you take liver care products to close to your orals it will flush the orals straight though you. I'm going to be using liv52 and uricare along with milk thistle. So my question is do I need to wait a certain amount of time before using those products from when dosing my orals?

I take mine before bed, but that's mostly off cycle, I try not to use any on cycle if I can. Depends on the compound and sides, if you are new, this won't apply to you, cause you probably don't know your own bodies warning signs that things are starting to go bad.
So just use before bed

Try to take cycle assist about 4 hrs apart from your oral dose
