When to dose ATD?

I apologize for my ignorance here but, when is the best time to take ATD?

Do i take it with tamoxifen at night? or do i take it all in one dose in the morning? or do i spread them out over the day?

How much are you taking? If you are taking more than one I prefer to split them up throughout the day to prevent serum levels from fluctuating too much.
 
well, starting tomorrow and for the rest of the week its one cap
and over the next 4 weeks i slowly ramp up to 3
 
At one cap I would probably dose it away from the nolva. I only say this because Nolva has a half life of around 7-14 hours with a complete elimination half life of ~5 days. Therefore you want the ATD dosage at its highest when the nolva is at its lowest, or so it would seem the best way to go.
