When To Do Labs??

Thursday I met with an APN that the compounding pharmacy recommended and she was awesome. She ordered all the labs Matrix recommended I have drawn plus more. She also switched me from compounded get to test cyp 100mg per week. I have a lab request to take to Quest this week or when should I have them drawn? I pinned on Saturday and would it be ok to have labs done on Tuesday?

Must be on it for at least 5 weeks before testing
4-5 day be optimal to test as this will give a nice mid line
You want >600 TT
Now one needs to get you dialed in properly and revisit other issues 12 weeks down the road.

I am finding that DIM alone is not enough but need other supporting cofactors to effective.
I would have not added any thing in till the results come back. Why mess with something if its not out of balance?
You never got a defintive baseline which will make calibration much more difficult IMO.
Less variables the better.

Would you patch a tire which does not have a flat in it?
 
Morning wood is better since started DIM and I don't feel as sluggish. Here are additional labs she wants to check: vitamin D, progesterone, Dhea, pregnenolone, dihydrotestosterone, psa.

Dr need.to.let.their.patient.ride.it.out because your.body.just.may be.getting.used to.higher t.levels which may.be.wakening estrogen.receptors. Need no variables in.the mix.to.levels are.saturated. Why i.laugh at anti.aging given hcg testosterone and ai not know wtf is.doing what..
 
She wanted to put me on 4 caps per day and I said I don't even know what e2 level is at? So she said take one until labs are back, so I did or have. She was cool and open minded. I think she would work with you as well.

Still one tab if the proper chemistry at cellular level is off can affect a whole hidden cascade. I have seen it many times.
You always want to get a clean reading no tampering till results come back. When results are tainted it makes further evaluation more difficult.

Even one pill can offset the results, you do not know how you will respond to it. I know 1/4 tab of an AI on a person since they are sensitive can drive their e2 into the ground. The same can go for supplements. If she is open minded then pm me.

I calculated my bio T and is 322.9=61.1% using a bioT app and plugged in albumin 4.8, SHBG 24, and testosterone 529. It is also giving me free test 12.40ng/dl=2.35%
She ordered me prescription Vitamin D @ 50,000IU once or twice per week. Also, prenenolone compounded 1 click per day. She wants me to start taking DIM 2x per day. She wants my test level around 1000.

Fix other issues DHEA will come up such as GI tract along with the immune system. With SHBG 24 total test should be around 600-800 at the trough. Getting e2 down will drive TT up a bit. When was blood test taking in relationship to the T shot. Instead of bumping up testosterone work with what you have already VIA controlling e2. In these cases I would have held off HRT till other factors (which should have been verifed with the first blood work) are properly addressed.

When I was 300 you had said was appropriate to start trt. I took 100mg on Saturday morning and had labs done on Tuesday morning. I had been on compounded gel 100mg.

when in relationship to application was blood drawn ?
Please clarify the exact transition.
4-5 days after stopping gels shot can start then you need to test 4-5 weeks after starting shots.
 
Fix other issues and you.may.not even need hrt in the future
 
My last day for gel application was Friday morning. Saturday 0800 inject 0.5ml/100mg test cyp. Tuesday around 10:30am had labs done at Quest.
Will taking the DIM twice a day lower my e2 levels or should I ask for arimidex. What about the vitamin D dosing?
What day in the one 100mg injection per cycle should I have labs drawn? Hours before another injection?
 
Been taking 100mg test mon/thurs every week, order is 100mg every week. How long should I be on just the 109mg before I retake labs? So it doesn't show higher due to the extra.

2-3 weeks it will stablize. One can also wait about 10 days after the last 100 mgs shot then start this will bring you back down to a more even baseline
