When to cut

So I'm going to start competing soon and currently I am bulking and about 14% bf. My question is : if I am going to prep for a show in September , how early do I need to start cutting with the help of aas and hgh?
Currently I am 6'2 250lbs. I'd like to bulk as long as possible, and put on as much weight as I can before cutting, but I want to make sure I have enough time. My diet consists of above maintence home cooked whole foods, high in protein and carbs and 3 cheat meals a week.
Second question: how much body fat % is too much that it would be impossible to get rid of in the typical 3-4 months of cutting with aas?

I've never competed, but I've heard multiple times that it's better to grow into the show. I'm not sure how possible that is, but it makes sense.

20 weeks out would be in may. Is it safe to keep bulking till then or am I setting myself up for failure if I do?

I took 16 weeks Invalid Link Removed as you can see my bf was 23-25% ~ this was 2yrs ago. I haven't prepped or competed in bodybuilding since then

If you're on gear and do not deviate from your diet you'd do fine with 14 weeks

Impressive. Were you using anything hormonal during that cut? Lose any significant strength? I'm doing a slow cut myself and I'm slowly losing strength as I lose fat week over week.

You're bound to lose strength when in a deficit, goal is to dictate how much lol I really focused on weak point training at that time so strength wasn't a primary concern.

My last dieting phase I used carb night and pretty well kept *most* of my strength (was also following RTS/DUP at this time)

True. It's tough to look at the training log and see your lifts slowly decline though.

Dude, absolutely lol

It helps when your refeed or cheat meal falls on a day that matters (legs, back or whatever)
