when to actually START pct

so I was told when I finish my epistane cycle to wait a couple days then start PCT in order to let the epistane fully out of my system and to start my cort blocker after 1 week, is that true? im using tamoxifen citrate as my serm with the essential support supps.
ONE more question when I received my tamoxifen pills in the mail it says 30mg of tamoxifen citrate = 20mg tamoxifen and i have the 20mg pills, so i should just take 2 pills or is that too much? I also have 10mg pills and those are 15mg of tamoxifen citrate....THX
oh and im running 40/40/20/20 for the tamox
 
With orals and transdermals, start PCT the next day. Injectables are a whole different beast, however.

noooo injectables for me :p but thx for the input, how about the dosage of the tabs? since its 30mg tamox citrate = 20mg of tamox should i just take one 20mg and 10mg tab or two 20mg tabs?
 
Your PCT should be somewhat like this:
Wk1,2 - 2 tabs of tamoxifen citrate (40 mg of nolva)
Wk3,4 - 1 tab (20 mg of nolva)
