Lanbane was spotted at the "Manhole" a local bar where homosexual men have been known to frequent for anonymous sex hence the name of the bar. This was on Jim Rome today.

im sorry but im goin gt make a comment out of topic in this thread in my next post i just wanted to give you guys a warning ! ! ! !
 
yesterday i whent to the gym did 15 min in the eliptical machine and 15 minutes punchin bag. i got back home and took 4 IGF-2 before bed(making a total of 10 IGF-2 caps in one day and i manage to finally sleep 8 hrs :) maybe if i add more pre bed im going to be able to sleep more early)

Maybe I could fill the position for now.

One explanation for how the name of earwig insect originated is that it is actually a corruption of "ear wing." This correlates with the resemblance of the earwig's hind wings to a human ear:
