Hey bro. Just start of light with a warm-up and work your way up.

I usually do a moderate weight with the DB's and raise the weight of the cables as I progress.

The bottom line. Light enough to get the hang of it. Try more of a pressing up, and a flye down.

like if your dumbbell fly would have been 40lb dumbbells, use 20lb ones and then set the weight stacks to 20lbs also

the difference is that now there is resistance at both the stretched and contracted position

Favorite concert.....Hmmmm

Hatebreed at the Starlight was good. They played everysong the made....

Candiria always put on a good show, and they use to come with death metal bands, so it seemed like we would always beat down some long hairs....

Then there was Strife, and another time SOL....Some good as shows, and I was sober for every one...
 
My fav concert was probably seeing ACDC at the oakland arena. The actual concert was amazing, the music, pyrotechnincs, and just pure all out showmanship!
In terms of meeting guys though, G3 2001 was the best experience because I had front row, and was able to meet everyone after the show to sign my guitar.

Manu went poopoo and never returned. Maybe it creats extremely anabolic shhits that grow as your shhiting them out, making it impossible to get off the can!

I think I may pick up the new Darkest Hour CD today...you heard them?
 
This thread is still steam rolling on, very nice. All the IGF-2 talk is getting me even more pumped to get my hands on IGF-2 and potentially RPM and get another log up of the power it holds.

Just curious as I cant read all those posts but who ended up winning the most post count, still going, winner named, an eternal contest?
