Thunderbird (at least the recent versions) has a very good built in baysian filter if you set it up and train it properly. You just need to train it with a good assortment of good and 'spam' mail first before it really works worth a darned. Threshold is around 500 emails.

Yeah it is good, but this daymn spammers spend too much time getting around these filters.

I think the most impressive load I've ever seen was the result of 4 mass gainer shakes consumed over a 4 hour period. The resulting devastation was complete and toilet clogging, free of any cellulose help.

Ouch. I did the Body Opus diet once, and on carb-up days, oh lawrd. The first meals are liquid....some major mud butt.

Actually, there's not an attachment option I could find for PMs and I didn't feel like reformatting the thing, so if email is alright, that would be good, otherwise I'll go and reformat it later today and PM again.

Heh! In HS when I used to sprint and throw discuss, we'd weigh in prior to going to the Mr. Gattis pizza buffet after practice and compete to see who consumed the most pizza + Dr. Pepper.

I won at least a third of the time :) I believe the resulting toilet devastation the morning after was equally impressive.
