i can do sets of 100's-110's

i hope im not confusing the exercise. Im speaking in which its a behind the neck press for triceps or are we talking like a military press?
 
I have to keep it real.... I want you all fresh, with rested typing fingers for the contest. I have a full dumptruckload of topsoil to move, via shovel and wheel barrow. I will launch the contest when this is complete....... I could start it now, and then end it shortly thereafter.... or wait and make it bigger. I say let's make it later today, and bigger.

Consolation for everyone waiting..... 1 last scavenger hunt to pass the time. I have posted somewhere another set of instructions, which will tell you how to proceed towards claiming the prize. This one is multiple steps ;)

Prize.... hmmmmm.....

1 bottle of the new anabolic when released
1 RPM
And a bottle of our beta fatburner, that works absurdly well. I used 2 yesterday..... spaced out... and could have gone all day without eating if I had wanted. It works THAT good.
