When take protodrol?

Im starting a cycle of protodrol i take 2pill/day but my question is:

When i take the pills?At morning or pre wo?or post wo?tell me :biglaugh::biglaugh:

take 1 caps the morning and last before 6pm because it's essential that the last dose be administered before 6 pm, but the earlier the better for reducing suppression potential

i would split the dosage up in half, take 1 cap every 12 hours.


6am and 6pm is optimal from what i've read on here.

I wake up at 10am usually...so i can take 1 pill at 10am and the second post wo at the 6pm?or if its a rest day at 6pm
