According to the writeup on nutraplanets site for glucophase, I should take 1-2 caps when I wake up in the morning and 2-3 more post workout. I wake up, eat breakfast, and workout probably 45minutes after I am done with my breakfast. This would have me taking all of my doses extremely close together. Is that ok? I was thinking that maybe I should do like 1 cap before breakfast, 1 cap Post W/O, 1 cap with my highest carb meal of the day?
