When or if to start adex after crashes e2

Hey fellas
Recently went through a rough patch where I tanked my e2 levels. I don’t have the bloods to show this but I fit the description of the symptoms to a T and once I halted use of the adex, I began to feel normal again after 5-6 days. I transitioned from a blast 750mg test to a cruise 250mg test per week. My question now is, should I just leave the adex out of the equation entirely? I tend to think I am a hyper responder to that ****. It happened a few years back but not nearly as severely as it did this time around. I was doing the typical .5mg dex eod but was also on tren at the time, so it’s as if the tren kept me feeling alpha even though my e2 may have been on its way down. Once the tren was stopped, I continued on 750mg test as well as the Dex .5 eod. I noticed I felt off and dropped the Dex to .25eod. Still declined as far as my e2. I then stopped it entirely and like I said within 5-6 days felt better. Would you guys leave the dex out entirely for now? Or maybe even do .25mg every third day??

Bloods are the only way to tell my friend. Same thing happened to me. But I lost some belly fat and started taking zinc daily and don’t have to take adex anymore.

Appreciate the response brother. In due time I’ll get the bloods done. Even after all of my AAS experience I’m realizing I’m still learning my body. This taught me I think I’m someone who does better with a little more e2 than none at all. I’m thinking I’ll try 1x-2x per week at a very low .25mg and see how I feel on that.

Tomorrow will be one week since I last took .25mg adex. Thinking I’ll dose .25mg tomorrow along with my test shot
