I finally stepped up to a place where they have weights that can really challenge me. Previously I was working out at a rec center by the house. There was no squat rack or bench with free weights and the biggest dumbbells were 75lbs.

Last week I switched to a rec center that has lots of free weights. A nice squat rack, bench, etc. My plan it to catch you crazy fools now and really start fukkin sh1t up.

I have been sore for 5 days straight now and I love it. I have never pushed my body like this before and I can't wait to get "ON" cycle. Are you sad it is coming to an end or are you ready for PCT?
 
So I decided yesterday evening that my run was finished. I drank a rockstar (I know, I know, caffeine and high dose epi... not a good combo) cause I was falling asleep on my way to a photoshoot about a half hour away, and my body just didn't feel right. I had only dosed 40mg so far in the day, and my body was just telling me it wanted to be done. I'm not sure what was all hurting, but I was very uncomfortable, and it was time.

5 weeks was a good # for the epi. If I ran it again I would definitely only run 4 weeks, but at 40/40/50/60.

So in 5 weeks, I weigh 192. Thats 11 lbs. I am pretty stoked on that, not quite the insane amount T-lake grew, but plenty for me.

I just measured my arms - 15" relaxed. Thats .75 inches that they grew since 3 months ago when I started my summer cut. :D

I'll be posting pictures and my other measurements tomorrow.

I definitely think the Epi works well, but it sure doesn't give me the "on" feeling that I was looking for. I dunno... I felt it some days, I didn't others. Definite lethargy towards the end of the cycle.

Anyone got advice on training during PCT? Anything I should be doing in particular?

Congrats man... Smart you know when your body needs to stop. Awesome cycle.

Everyone suggests compound movements during pct - hence my RDL's last back day. I'm just going to keep the intensity up and break sh*t.

Just watch those tendons man... and don't push the parts that are still sore! Looking forward to your cycle as well.

Honestly I am ready for PCT. I stopped gaining weight about a week ago. This last week has been good for strength, but it seems like the epi ran it's course and I was probably just doing more harm to myself than good. I already have my next run planned out, so that's kinda what I am looking forward to. I want to see how my body re-comps and how much weight I keep.

I also kinda want my libido back. I never lost the ability to get down, but I was really having to MAKE myself get it up and do the job. I would rather not have to worry about keeping my **** hard while I am in bed with my girl. I wish I didn't have to end it, but I mean, there is always 3 months from now. :D

Now buy plenty of E-Stane for your next run :head: I've been personally curious of running a pro-dienolone (tren) compound. The only thing is, most of the people I know who had great results with X-Tren lost much of their gains, like half or almost half. Strange considering it's not supposed to aromatize but I suppose it may before conversion.

EXACT same experience I had. Good gains through 4 weeks, not much on the after, NO libido (drive) at all, even though I could get down. Only difference was, as we've discussed, I got REALLY aggressive.

But it sounds to me like you had a nice run. Good gains in size and strength and a successful introduction into orals. Way to go brother!:head: You rocked that shizzy.

What are you finally doing next?

As tempted as I am for the mdrol/hdrol, I may just rock a quick two-weeker of mdrol, then a quick pct, 4 weeks off, and THEN the mdrol/hdrol. But I'm just speculating.:think:

If I run the Epi again (and it wont be for at least a year, I have other compounds to run and I want to keep my body guessing to keep the compounds doing their job. From what I understand multiple runs of a compound without adequate time in between them will yield less and less gains) I will most definately run the e-stane. CEL is the brand I trust, and I haven't even run a CEL compound yet. I just have done my research, and they are hands down the most upfront with their own research and testing. I trust the science, not the opinions/marketing schemes. Had CEL offered E-stane when I bought my epi, I most definitely would have bought it. As far as my bottle of black china labs phera that I have, well I have no excuse other than being a newbie when I bought it and didn't do my research right... I got ripped off. I'll still run it though lol.

I am very much looking forward to my xtreme tren run, I really liked MMV2, and since they are both progestins I imagine my experience will be similar. I need to buy some more P-plex while I can. And on that note I am going to make NP order! I need some better Pre-Workout beverage anyway... the White Flood doesn't have the caffeine that I so dearly miss... hopefully there is some Ragnarock available here so I don't have to look elsewhere...

TG2- I am running Hdrol for 5-6 weeks at 50/50/75/75/100/100 with a 10/10 Mdrol kicker weeks 1 and 2. :twisted:

So I took my first dose of liquid tamoxifen citrate tonight. That stuff tastes like straight chemistry lab. Goin the tab route next time. Newbie mistake #2. Whatever though, at least I have the stuff... stupid ass people on here running sh*t without SERMS... I read an old MD article in an old MD magazine I have about AI's vs SERMS... interesting stuff... I remember reading it in like 2006 (I told you it was an old MD) and not having a clue what the hell they were talking about. Now it all made complete sense... so I guess I have learned a thing or two on these boards... thanks AM! lol.

You have learned a lot in the relatively short time you've been here. And so has T-Lake and ThisgGuy2. Or as I like to refer to him "TG2"!! It's a thrill to see you guys answering newbs posts and teaching them as you have been taught. Well done. We have all been good students and scholars since our arrival here. It is extrememly fulfilling to carry out the whole "Learn, Teach, And Lead" motif. Keep up the good work young professors. :thumbsup:
 
Hells yea.

Just got me some ragnarock, 2 bottles CEL P-plex (15mg :twisted: ... at least that is what they advertiesd ... :think:), some Bulk WMS, some Bulk Glutamine, Some bulk Glycerol Mono Sterate, P-slin, reset-AD, and some more Intrabolic that i so love.

Yes I am a complete and utter supplement glutton. Supp junkies unite.

Mmm... pre workout caffeine....mmmmm.....

Looking forward to using the P-slin and Glycerol during my few natty months here. I wonder how the P-slin will compare to the AP... any opinions?

Oh yea, and the Reset AD really has me curious. I remember my first dose of NO Xplode like it was yesterday. I thought I had found the end all way to get huge. I just couldn't get enough of that cracked out feeling... and I miss it...
 
So it looks like you went the Ragnarok route for your creatine (it has creatine right?)... I'm debating between that / Green Mag / or just polishing off the extra Creatine mono I have in my stash.

Yes it has creatine... actually a similar creatine to green mag... doh! Oh well, just save that sh*t up, I'd rather just have the stuff on deck while I have the money anyway... that way in case my business gets slower in the winter months (all photographers do) I'll have some goodies laying around to keep me all supped up like the supp glutton I am. :D

Eh, I have already started taking my Green Mag... I was really just buying the ragnarok for the pre workout "stim" effect it should have, and because I have been recommended it by so many people. The Green Mag tastes great, I'll probably continue to take it Post w/o and right before bed... looking at the ingredients in the Ragnarok, it doesn't seem to have as much caffeine as I had thought, but maybe multiple scoops will do the trick... I dunno, I might save it as I think it was an impulse buy last night. I am dosing the Green mag 2x a day though, I have had good reactions with my body at around 10gm CEE a day in the past. I am interested to see how these other versions of creatine work for me.

I'll tell you what you could do to make your Ragnarok stretch out longer. Take 1 200 mg. caffiene pill with your drink. You can find caffiene tabs anywhere, even Wal-Mart!! Cheap!! :thumbsup:
 
its like 10:50PM and I need to get to bed, but here are two update pics that I promised... nobody else to take pictures for me, so you only get limited angles... but compared to my post AP pics, I am up just a bit of BF and I think I have gained some good size.

(cleavage! lol) You're abs look just as sharp as before, so I doubt you've added as much bodyfat as you're thinking. I believe you did a great job on planning out this cycle and workout routine. I say treat yourself to a nice cheat meal!! :food: You've earned it!! :thumbsup:

Thanks guys, I will definately get some more pics up including my back. I agree, my chest and shoulders grew a bunch, my arms grew quite a bit, a bit of peak on my bi's and some serious size to my tri's. My legs grew a lot too, but I don't think they are at the point where I want to show them off yet lol. Honestly i have lost quite a bit of ab definition. It's ok, it's probably more glycogen than bf%. Overall, I am pretty stoked looking at where I started and where I ended up.

As far as cheat meals... I am way ahead of you TG... I've hit In 'n Out a few times as of late. lol. Gotta have a burger every once in a while... especially after 3 months of going without.

Depending on your P-Plex batch and where you got it it may be 10mg. All of our newer batches since the ban proposal have been 10mg because the price of raws went way up an the announcement of a possible ban. I actually prefer the lower dose though as it's much more flexible.

So Workout day 1 of PCT. I dig the DTHC... my boys are already springing back to normal. I got chest today, and I felt as strong as I ever have on the bench press. Matched my PR from day one of my cycle, minus 1 rep, but w/out a spotter. I definately gained strength from this cycle now that I have worked out not "on". Really stoked.

Chest
Bench Press - 135x10, 185x10, 225x6, 275x2 (PR w/out spotter) dropped to 185x8 dropped to 135x10.
Incline Bench - 135x10, 185x8, 205x4 (PR) Never inclined over 200. Stoked.
Decline bench - 135x10, 185x10, 225x3 (ran out of gas), 135x10
cable crossovers - 70x10, 90x10, 100x10, 110x8

Triceps
French Press - 70x10, 80x10, 85x8
Dips 20xbodyweight, 17x bodyweight, 15xbodyweight... triceps were smoked by this time.

Tricep pressdowns - 120x10 overhand, 80x10 underhand, 140x10 over, 100x10 under

Great workout... Great start to PCT. Feelin strong. :head:

I believe the H-drol stack with the M-drol kicker will yeild some big gains. Probably a lot bigger than the epi did for me... I dunno. I gained 9-10lbs on the epi. I think I could gain 6-7lbs easy on the 2 weeks of Mdrol, maybe more if I dosed 20mg the second week. The H-drol is good for 8-10lbs too. I think I could easily break 200lbs with the cycle if I don't hit it on my natty run beforehand. I am not gonna cut at all, just a bit of recomp with some cardio. The calories are staying HIGH! I want to eat Thanksgiving dinner while on Mdrol I have decided! LMAO! I probably won't be able to wait that long. I am pretty jazzed about the epi, I want to see what the other stuff can do.

We'll see what it does for me. Everyone around here loves that stuff... It's only day 4 for me. Yea, PCT already, I went 5 weeks too.
 
So here is me three months ago at the start of my AP/RECREATE/NAPALM cut, and me two days ago. Timber was the one to point out the differnce to me... he says it looks like I could eat the old me for breakfast.:food:

G-Money..........DAMN!!! That's all I can say. DAMN!! The pics don't lie. They never do!! You've added mass for sure. The traps and delts are obvviously bigger than before. You have some big ass traps! That's from loving deadlifts!! I know!! Click on my avatar sometime if you haven't before. Go into My Photos and check out some of my other pics. I've got those big ass traps also. Deadlifts are great at the top position when you lean back slightly to lock out the rep, you can feel 'em contracting ---big time!! Looking great bro. KEEP KICKING ASS!!!:head:
