I didn't have a timefraame,, i started cutting when i looked fat, felt fat and had the fitness of a Turtle. In my bulking phase, I gained a terrible 4% of bodyfat and went up to 22% overall.
So i've spent 10 proper weeks on fat loss / fitness training and i'm down to roughly 15% now.
I guess if you're clean bulking (using calorie cycling etc. ) then you can do it for several months without having to cut because the fat gain will be minimal.
