When do you take your on cycle supports?

When do you take your other support supplements...curious if it matters?

And then when you start, do you take them at the same time or space them apart during the day?

I sometimes take them maybe half an hour before but most times at the same time, except if I'm taking three doses of orals in a day, then the middle dose is unaccompanied by a support supp.

We used to not take anything back a long time ago, but now I like this Ar1macare Pro stuff, which I take with an extra dose of tudca from another brand. Seems to work so far. Pretty sure it has what it says it has in it.

I load the tudca for a week before and then start the steroid and ar1macare.

I just take them at the same time. I think a lot of people do that.

My thinking is, if the NAC, milk thistle etc. does it’s job, then would it lessen the amount of ph mg absorbed if taken at same time? ...Yeah I know it’s nerdy af lol...

Also, 3rd day on 250mg Sup3r-Epi, and shoulder/pec minor feeling lots better, coincidence?
