Is this a real concern?
I have a load of psyllium husk caps, but am wary of tossing them into my morning and evening supplement servings due to fear of the interference with the fiber preventing absorption of some of the active ingredients of those supps.
is this a real concern, and if so, how to work around it, or just say eff it and throw them in with the rest?
