When did DCP go to dry form?

I just receive my order of DCP and it is in a dry form. The old form was messy with the liquid dripping out. When did it switch over to a dry form and has anyone noticed a change in it's effectiveness (better, same or worse)?

Hopefully no change or better as it is a lot easier to transport now... Bravo!

That is with the current batch, and future batches, to solve the leaky problems with the liquid. Effectiveness remains the same. :)
