Buy sugar free chocolate Jello pudding in the family size, then take two cups of ice cold milk skim fairlife milk and two scoops of protein powder and make a shake with it and then whip that shake into the family size chocolate Jello pudding. It will have a total of 80 to 90 g of protein depending on the powder you use I like to divide it into four equal servings.
