Whats your favorite side dish to your protein source?

I have 6 tacos a day. 2 for breakfast, 2 for second breakfast, 2 for lunch.

Grilled chicken with corn tortillas, taco mix (ground chicken, brown rice, corn, tomatoes, black beans, chili pepper, slow cooked in chicken stock), 2 kinds of salsa, guac, and a little lettuce.
 
I keep hearing this question a lot lately. So I recently started making this very delicious yet healthy black bean and corn salad. It’s quite low fat and so far I’m liking it a lot.
