Whats your favorite arm workout

My favorite for biceps is incline single arm curls when I get to fail I do standing dumbell negatives with ten pounds more than my max, tris would have to be close grip bench followed by skull crushers then pulldowns with the ropes, if I feel super human il do twenty ones til fail
 
For bi's I get the best pump from supersetting standing alternating dumbbell curls with ez bar cable curls.
Tri's is either skullcrushers or super heavy tricep extensions.
