Can u give me a breakdown on ur DC work out.
Read up on it and looks like it does a lots of muscle groups n 1 day twice a weak and it flip flops that with the other muscle group.

How many exercises and the rep ranges?

What about doing a modified full body 3 day program.

Choose 1 lower movement, 1 upper push, 1 upper pull. Then a variety of assistances/smaller movements to run in a complex or two.

For example:

Squat, bench press, barbell row (4-5 sets each)
Complex 1: close grip press, db row, dips, curls (2-3 sets)
complex 3: single leg RDL, med ball slams, scapula dips, face pulls (2-3 sets)

i used to do ME Lower....etc but thats more for powerlifting and stuff. i havent been a fan of full body routines but i will give it a shot once DC is done. i respond well to high volume, always have, always will. this is why when i do DC, i add a BIT more volume. hits me just right
