It might be a few months before the gyms open again, I hope everyone is hanging in there.


What's your "Back To The Gym Stack" going to be?
 
Just going to increase food
Currently Taking: BMP 2.0

Daily Staples:
Creatine - 5g - Day
CL Oximega - 4 Caps - Day
CL Orange Triad - 6 Caps - Day
Evomuse Gut Health - 1 Cap - Day
400mg COQ-10

1-2 Scoops Whey

Not changing anything else as I will let the volume/intensity in the gym do the work
 
Stack? Nothing crazy. Just looking forward to getting out of a caloric deficit and be done with this now prolonged cut. That and Icon One is it for me.

Yes! Lol, girls in yoga pants give me an extra one or two reps on my lifts😂
 
Hmm, maybe I’ll think about that in the fall? My issue will be when working remote stops, need the strong stims for early AM workouts. Now I can go middle of the day , a couple hours before lunch, much better

I don’t think unplugging every other machine is really a sufficient containment. Frequent wipe downs don’t help airborne droplets.
