Unanswered Whats you diet

I’m more or less doing the vertical diet right now.

10-12oz of beef twice a day. I sub 10-12oz of salmon for one beef meal twice a week.
Each meal also contains a serving of rice or sweet potatoes(1c each) and a cup of veggies- usually bell pepper and squash/zucchini.
I eat liver once a week.
A glass of milk every other day- will gradually add more but wanna ease my stomach into it.
1c Greek yogurt daily.
An apple or an orange as a snack each afternoon.
1 smoothie each morning consisting of 1c spinach, 1/2 banana, 1/2c blueberries, 1/2c carrot and 1 scoop protein.
Also 2-3c egg whites each day.

This consistently puts me at about 2500ish calories(depending on what cut of beef I’m using and whether I drink the glass of milk or not), about 175g carbs, 60ish g fat, 275protein. In that neighborhood on the macros.

My stomach likes it, very easy on it. I’m getting better about eating the veggies. I’m eating fish even though I don’t like it. Surprisingly, I don’t mind the liver. And for once, I’m actually eating a balanced diet that actually covers my micronutrients. It may not be perfect, but I feel like it’s damn solid.

I should eat more healthy vegetables but....

Three bone in chicken breast a day (I get them for 79 cents a pound)....they weigh in total between 3 and 4 lbs but idk the weight of just the meat.

Pasta or brown rice

Whatever veggies my mom cooks and brings next door to me otherwise none

Popcorn

Grits/eggs for breakfast

Pepperidge farm cake or blue bell ice cream cuz FTW it's good (and I'm injured and full of self pity lol)

You guys got good diets and macro counts. My coach is absolutely horrified at it that's while We do a 6 to 8 week diet before we even start prep. Hey I like looking big

I follow a ketogenic diet. And allow myself a simple carb heavy meal for dinner post workout. Also get between 50 and 75g protein per meal. Typically on the upper end.

High protein high carbs every meal and two meals include fats with less carbs , 8 meals a day

You all eat a whole lot better than me
It's easy now just eating maintenance.. I ended up buying Anadrol/Test/EQ to start next weeks bulk (way better deal on anadrol than inject able sdrol) and it gets hard stuffing enough food in my face to feed the gear sometimes. I might actually break down and get some protein powder which as a rule I don't do but damn I'm dreading all the chewing lol

Actually it’s harder for me atm because I’m bulking. Personally it’s harder during a bulk because mentally it’s not as bad to cheat or something like that so I end up cheating 2-3 times a week compared to when in a cut I’m 100% focus on it and every cheat is a huge set back to me. I’m like flawless during cuts but not so much during bulks and I hate it. Luckily genetics on my side

Carb cycling, I love it. 2 high days, 2 moderate days, and 3 low days (one of the low days no more than 99 grams of carbs only from veggies and nuts.
