Haven't researched it in a while but as I recall, your natural t3 bounces back within a few weeks so probably would take that into account after coming off t3. At least for a few weeks.
Yes I understand T3 bounces back in a few weeks but what are the implications of having a suppressed metabolism during pct? Is there more or less nitrogen retention in muscle tissue? If the metabolism is slowed down, would catabolism be slowed down too, or accelerated due to inefficient nutrient partitioning/amino uptake to muscle tissue?
I guess I'm picturing something like insulin resistance with extreme fatigue... don't know if that's even close to what suppressed T3 levels are like
Basal morning temperature monitoring is the easiest way to determine if T3 levels are optimal. If you wake up, and your temperature is less than 98 degrees, your T3 levels are not optimal.
