What's The Optimum Time To Take BMP?

I'm sure I'm overthinking this (so feel free to berate me as needed), but I just started taking BMP yesterday.

My question is regarding the second set of caps each day. The product description online says: Take two caps with a meal, twice per day. The product itself says to take two caps with a morning meal, and two caps one hour before workout.

My daily routine in regards to meals/workouts typically looks like this:
6am breakfast
10am meal
12pm meal
2pm micro PA caps w/8oz water
2:45pm pre workout meal (small salad with grilled chicken)
3pm workout

Would I be better off taking BMP with my preworkout meal (15 minutes prior to lifting) or with my microPA (one hour before lifting, but without a meal)? Or should I try to move up my preworkout meal to 2pm?
 
Congrats on starting one of the most effective supplements out there!

I would say not to overtime it. One dose I'm the morning and one in the afternoon, consistently. One of those doses should probably be taken around 30-60 minutes pre-workout in my opinion.

First 3 weeks may or may not be super noticeable. Week 4 is when the people who buy 1 bottle start regretting that they didn't buy 2.
