Need advice in taking the next step in bodybuilding. Been on a healthy diet and lifting for the past 4 years. Looking to start a cycle for the first time. Any advice?
I would say a good first step would be to browse through the supplement logs section and anabolic section and see some cycles people have ran. A good beginner stack could be as simple as a 1/4 andro run.
Alphagainz has some legit andros in TD . TD is transdermal applied to the skin .
My advice to you is do your research and learn how to eat and how to lift . Usually people recommend 5 yrs of lifting and a solid understanding of how things work before cycling anything that can shut down your hpta.
