Everything is an estimate since nobody has the money to fund a study but roughly 40% with a good transdermal versus 10-15% oral.

1-test, 1-AD, and 1,4-andro all have an increased resistance to liver breakdown due to the 1-ene group that is common to all of them. This is why the oral delivery of these is roughly 10-15%.

4-AD, however, does not have this and gets about 5%.

So, 275 mg trans = 2200 mg oral 4-AD

The BDC prohormone chart lists 4AD's conversion as ~14%. Is this just for the transdermal?

In BigCat's megabol/anabol stack, you would ingest 750mg of 4AD/day. So I would only need ~95mg of transdermal 4AD to get similar effects?

Exactly...95 mg of transdermal 4-AD would be about equal to 750 mg taken orally.

That conversion rate is to the target hormone.. TEST... That number is after the absorption rate of 5% orally... eg    1000mg taken oraaly

50mg would be absorbed and 7.5mg would be converted to TEST but 4-ad is also active by itself.... BUT 1000mg taken transdermally(BDC recipe)

400mg would be absorbed and 60mg would be converted to TEST...

You make the choice... One is clearly better thatthe other...  Hope that helps.. Talk to ya... 
 
Ok I see now, orally, you lose 95% of the hormone on its pass through the liver. The conversion rate is amount of hormone getting converted into its target when it hits the enzyme.

With PH's without a 1-ene group, the oral rate of absorption is 5%. Transdermally, its around 40%. Injection is around 100%.
