what's the difference in capacity between '0','00' and '000' capsules?

i'm interested to start capping things myself,what're the difference in capacity?it appears '00' size is most popular.why?
 
okay, search can dig up some of this for (cos I remember posting about it once), but...(depending on density) '0' caps will hold 375-425mg, '00' will hold 450-675mg, and '000'are too freaking big to swallow.

firstly..."OOO" are not too big to swallow. I use both "OO" and "OOO". Lately i have been using "OOO". I just bought some bulk yellow gold and capped them in the "OOO" and tamped them pretty good, so im sure im getting around 800-1000mg per pill of yellow gold......Lately, i have capped bulk CEE, pFULL, miurn puam (?), and yellow gold.

Capping is the only way to go, if u have about 15min. to spare. I cap roughly 50 "OOO" in about 20 minutes....no biggie
