Whats the best protein shake that doesn't taste like crap?

I've had muscle milk before and I think it's great!

I kinda think I shouldn't have bought the optimum nutrition cassein protein and bought cytogainer, which I think is made by the same people who make muscle milk, instead.

Oh well at least I know what to buy next time.

Only thing to learn from this thread is protein is subjective . Get a quality brand and search for taste reviews . I personally love Controlled Labs pronom23 , Trutien and protean . Quality and taste wise you can't go wrong.
