What's the best M1T and MOHN supp

I've been using LG's M1T and 4OHN products and have not had any problems. I don't like the fact that LG 4OHN is only 2mg a tab.

What other companies do you recc that have quality M1T and 4OHN. ie.. Have you made good gains with these products from other companies.
