What's sausage fall into things?

It's the other white meat! Lol

Seriously though, I don't see it mentioned often bodybuilding wise. Chicken is the main meat, beef second, then fish.

Are there studies on pork? Part of me would think the fat would make it a "testosterone food". Is it low bioavailability?

My post morning workout whole food meal is an egg and sausage scramble, but would beef be better?

Edit "where's sausage fall into things" should be the thread title

Nothing wrong with it if it fits your macros, it simply tends to be less lean and also a less common favourite (beef and chicken are more popular in north America)

It is no less bioavailable, the leucine content is also comparable once you hit the same amount of protein,
So just stick to your macros and enjoy it :)

This. I personally love it. If it fits and you enjoy it, then eat it :)

Yup I believe it's because people always assume pork as fatty. But pork chops are lean and if cooked properly blows away chicken breasts.

I don't even eat chicken breasts anymore, I just go for thighs and trim the fat as best I can. Tastes much better.
