Im cutting / recomping for a vacation on June 29th and slightly disappointed with my recomp results here is my current stack

Feb 5th - March 12th Sarm triple stack
March 1st - March 12- EPIstane 20 mg + GW + Cycle support + AndroGel
March 14 - Currently hexadrone 200 mg + GW + Cycle support + AndroGel

lifting 3 days a week, cardio 4 days a week , IF 12 hours 2 or 3 meals, 3000 cals a day

I have 1 month supply of Hexadrone left and access sarms. My strength is noticeably higher and in clothes I look good but my body fat is still way to high for swim trunks. In the past I had great results w/ Epistane but the batch I got was from a new supplier had terrible sidesso soon as I got the hexadrone i switched. My current stack has zero noticeable sides and I feel great. Should I go into my pct now and start another cycle after? Should I stay in my current cycle? what changes would you make to be beach ready by June 29th?

starting 6"4 264 28%bf

current 6"4 267 21 % bf

Why 3000 cals a day for cutting? If you have several body fat % to lose in a couple months I'd be eating 1,000 to 1,500 cals a day. That's just me though.

Thank you I will lower my cal intake do you have any recommendation on an appetite suppressant? also would you stay on the supplements anothwe month or go into pct? lastly should I look into t3 or t 4

Beings your cycle has been going on so long you would need to Wait 3 months after PCT to cycle again. Cycle + PcT= time between cycles.

I would recommend ALCAR instead of T3, it is not a harsh drug like T3, it has awesome ratings and thousands of reviews on Amazon.

Go on amazon, read the reviews, do a little research on it and go from there.

I would continue your cycle since you feel good on it, no significant sides, drop your calories and begin running torem to get your HTPA back up and running before you quit your compounds. That way you won’t feel like **** for a month while your system recovers and you have no circulating compounds.

Appetite suppressant... you can go to your doc and get phentermine (Adipex) since you are overweight.

Just for the future bro you should have a much much lower bf before going on cycle. You'll get much better results, you'll greatly reduce the odds of gyno sides and just being honest, if you don't have training and diet nailed down enough to be well below 20% (if not below 15 ideally) when not taking sarms/aas/ph's then you have gaps on that side that need addressing first.

Thank you for the advice... knock on wood... I’ve never had issues with gyno prolly because most the substances I’ve used don’t convert ... but fat loss has been a struggle my whole life ... still to this day getting the weight off is difficult... putting on strength and muscle is easy but cutting down is ridiculously difficult and I don’t know what to do

Calorie deficit is key. Don't necessarily confuse that with having to eat no carbs, lean chicken and no sauces all the time though. I cut 40lbs last year and diet consisted of bbq seasoned chicken with skin on, fried eggs on toast with bacon mushrooms and ketchup among other things. I would also have a whole tub of Ben and jerrys in the name of rich piana once a week on my cheat day and still lost 40lbs over about 6 months. Ended at about 10 to 12% body fat. The best diet is the one you will stick to.
