Oh no bro. Anything anabolic will effect dht which will effect hairline to various degrees (mostly based on the individuals reaction)

I would say that between those two orals, dbol is more likely to cause the most hair loss because it aromatizes more.
Bottom line though, like you said, anything anabolic will increase hair loss (if your pre-disposed to it)

Deca ran by itself is a no no but in saying that it isn't harsh on your hair. Best bet is to run a low dose test cycle with Dutasteride or Finasteride
