doctors don't know anything about supplementation. because a few people died from abusing it then it's all of a suddenly evil

i would think the amount of caffeine u take with it is worse for u than the ephedrine itself

i know that's in with the ephedrine but ur supposed to take 200mg of caffeine per dose of ephedrine. that's why it's the EC stack ephedrine, caffeine and that other stuff is a decongestant only put in ephedrine because it is an asthma medication. when ephedra was used before it got banned that wasn't with it. u can buy it for asthma but they're not allowed to market ephedrine for weight loss and i think ephedra was completely banned. though they might have been able to bring it back but only allowed 10mg per serving instead of 25
