1 : 100mg test prop ( twice injection)
100mg tren ace (twice inject)
100mg stanzol. (1inject)

2 : 100mg test prop(twice)
100mg stanzol (twice)
100mg tren ace(1)

currently at 13%body fat

Are you talking about injection frequency? If so no and no. Shorts esters need to be atleast eod. Also neither is better for fat loss.
Clen or t3 with diet is better for fat loss.
The main things steroids do is increase nutrient partitioning and keep you from going as catabolic during a deficit.
