I recently started to lift again and was told about this site and now i need help what is best for healthy natural, but rapid growth for me? I would like to be super strong by the end of the summer thanks...Please let me know what to do

5x5 (MadCow) is a pretty good strength program that can make you bigger.

Stick to Olympic / Compound lifts for strength gains.
 
I want to be strong and big hey you got to keep the ladies lookin right I lift pretty aggresively just not sure what else to do

Post up your routine. Exercises/sets etc.

Also what in general does your diet look like, i eat pretty good doesnt cut it, do you know how much cal/prot/fat/sod/carbs you take in everyday?

Weight lifting is only 1 hour a day, bodybuilding is 24hrs.
 
Thats the easiet way to jumpstart new growth, just tweak the program your already on, if you like it.

If you dont like your current training program/diet then theres a million different options out there.
