I'm quiet tired on HGH lately. I read online that taking T4 would help against this.
What would be more effective and safer to take? T3 or T4?

T3 is the bioactive thyroid hormone. T4 is converted by the body into T3.

Ah ok. I decided to get T4, as most people use that. I don't care too much about the fat burning properties of T3, just want to get a bit less tired from HGH.

i honestly don't see how t3 or 4 would help lethargy... its not a stimulant in any way except metabolically... sounds like you need some stims, not a thyroid hormone.
