So, I'm not like officially back to posting like I used to but I wanted to drop in and see what's happening with all you guys. I like the new layout of the board.
Any new supps come out in the past few months?
I've been only using general health supplements for a while (glucosamine; fish oil; multi; some sexual health supps, SuperCissus, of course) and I'm still decently strong and my physique is holding up. I've been lifting like 3 times a week, and running 3 or 4 (@ 5-7 miles a clip). I'm sitting at 6' 195~200lbs...in case anyone was wondering.
I am starting to get that itch again, no so much to be as big as I used to but to really start defining my physique and buckling down a diet. Cuz right now my diet consists of probably under 2K cals a day, most consumed late, with a macro breakdown probably around 50P/30C/20F, all very healthy and mostly whole foods.
My workouts are usually full body, hitting chest twice and every other muscle group once. Well, thats not true, abs can get hit as much as 3 times per workout. I've been using a lot of stability and flex exercises as well as compounds movements.
Enough about me though, how are things going with all you f-ckers? Who's still around and posting...I saw poopy and piston when i was looking at the new threads ealier...
