what type of weight loss pills are most effective?

Im looking for some opinions on weight loss pills.
What weight loss pills work the best, the fastest, and the most effective?

Clenbuterol. you can do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. on the off weeks you can use an ECA stack as they work through different pathways. benedryl at night will help keep the receptors fresh also. I wouldn't do this for more than 6-8 weeks without a month break in between, just to be safe.
