what to use?

so I use to work out religiously in high school and its been about two years since ive touched a weight. I got a gym membership today to start back up. Theres this guy at work who is taking this decazol **** and has gotten crazy gains from the looks of him. Now before I get jumped on ive done a little research and have decided away from that but Im not much into the supplement world anymore. Ive heard isopure protien is pretty good and I loved creatine back when i took it. I read in a magazine they have something better than mono-hydrate out now but I don't know what it is. Then we got the amino acids and glutamine. There were a few other pills that I was big on but I really don't remember. Now I saw something about bcaa's and fish oil. I've also been interested in those animal pak things but never got any.

So I guess my question to you all is what do you recommend for a 19yo 6ft 165lb guy that wants to push up to 190 200 within a couple months? I was about 190 in highschool and really miss the body and all the great things that come with the extra strength. Sadly to say i can't look in the mirror like i use to and be proud of what I see. I'm determined to bust my ass at this and do all the dreaded squats and running I must to get back to the high life i guess i could say. So any advice from supplements to diets and workout would be great. Thanks im new to this site and its already helped me a bit.

Food, creatine, multi vitamin and some BCAA's.
 
Protien, lots of food, and if you want to gain 25-30 pounds you need steriods, which i strongly suggest you stay away from...for the first few months you will make very large gains and your muscle memory will help you put on mass from where you were before, you will get "nubie" gains again, make sure you diet is in check, BTW I love ISOPURE, expensive but I love it, search around the forum for bulking diets, if you want to create your own do a 40/40/20 split CHO/PRO/FAT and see how that works, for the carbs use whole grains and healthier carbs, stay aware from sugars unless it is post workout...ask that guy at work what he is doing for PCT, if he says "what is PCT", don't ever listen to one of his recommendations again

After a few months when you level out more start introducing things like creatine, bcaas, and other things, check back then
 
The most important thing is going to be making sure that you're eating enough and frequently enough. As for supps, I really like ADAM(multi), fish oil, protein, and BCAAs as staple supps to use all the time. Then, depending on what your wallet looks like you can think about other things. Really though, diet is the hardest part by far, especially at your age. I'm 20 and find it damn near impossible to keep my diet clean and consume enough good calories throughout the day. Working out and popping pills is the easy part.
 
Guy at work is a total dumbass, a 17yo doesn't need to be on that stuff. I'm sure he has no clue what pct is and doesn't care about the stuff you take with it to help. I don't want steroid tho i thought about it many times just to get me back to where i was, but id rather do it without. I think i would be more proud that way, tho never satisfied. So i guess right now ill be looking at some protien, multi vitamin, bcaas, and of course the diet. I would love to get the isopure, but im not to informed on the others.

I would love isopure protien, ADAM multi was recommended so i can go with that, and what about this bcaa, Universal bcaa stack anabolic amino complex?
and when it comes to diet i work at fastfood so that forsure gonna be bad. so if anyone could help with a site with basic diets that i can start with I would be very thankful.

Any creatine mono should be good. It is cheap and proven effective. Good luck bro.
