Well i am already doing cardio first thing in the am and 5 meals a day high protein. But I just wanted to know if there was anything to add other than that because my diet is on key and I do about 1 hr of cardio every morning just wanted to know what can also speed it up without drooping too much calories.
Well When I wake up around 7 I do my cardio take my ECA. Then at 8 I do a cup of oatmeal, 4 eggs mutli. 11 ECA 11:30ish 2 chicken breast 1.5 cup Brown Rice. 2:30 ECA 3:00 Muscle Milk. 6 pm Chicken salad. 830ish cup of cottage cheese fat free. I do take in 1gal+ of water. I try to keep it basic because of my budget but thats roughly what it looks like. I was wondering what you would think that could maybe better the results in leaning up faster. Is my plan okay or is there a better approach. And thanx for your help I do appreciate it.
