What to stack with EQ to minimize estrogen

Hi everyone I'm planning on starting a cutting cycle soon and I want to use EQ. Now I kno I have to use test as a base. But my question is what is the minimum dose of test to take to avoid estrogen bloat. Also what cud I stack along with test and EQ any suggestions?
 
Test will cause estrogen bloat, you need an AI like adex,aromasin or formestane. Those control estrogen on a dose dependent basis. As for how much test, better run that by someone else. EQ higher than test I have only seen very recently.

Ok I'm gonna run arimadex during the cycle to help with bloat from test. Thanks for the advice! Now still wondering on dosage if any body has an idea

22 years old 5 years training
10 week test only cycle
5 week dbol only cycle
12 week cycle test cyp 500 mg, wk 1-4 anadrol wk 10-14 winny
 
Look into Amridex .25 ed for estro sides (this will actually block estrogen from binding to receptors)
Test will cause this and EQ with convert about 50% that of test so a SERM is something to consider depending on how your body reacts to AAS. Everyone is different of course.

Doses I suggest at min 500mg Test and 400mg of EQ. Divided does 1ml of each monday and another 1ml on thursday. Now these are minimum doses so adjust as you see fit yo reach your specific goals.

FYI this will probably be a better bulking cycle.
 
.25 ED seems like a lot... maybe EOD


also, if your stacking...winny's pretty common for a cut, but id def keep glucosamine on hand as everyone's joints are different with it.

Yes its known for "leaner" gains, always known for BP problems.
Go 400/400 OP or 400/300 if your EQ is 300mg/ml.
IF you are looking for an actual compound that is anti estrogenic, masteron has anti e properties.

Thanks handcannon now for masteron should I run tht towards the end of the cycle and maybe end 1-2 weeks after the test to cut put estrogen ?

nah mast usually used to harden up but if you were only going to use it for a few weeks I wouldn't really bother even if you ran mast ace.
