Hi ive started taking creatine and was thinking of stacking it with a NO booster? Ive heard people saying you can get good gains this way but wasnt sure? By the way, due to my stomach i am unable to drink protein shake which is really annoying
if anyone has used creatine and stacked with different supplements id really appreciate your reviews!!! I want to add mass and bulk up. Eating about 80-90 grams of protein a day....currently only weigh over 8.3 stone.
