What to stack creatine with?

Hi ive started taking creatine and was thinking of stacking it with a NO booster? Ive heard people saying you can get good gains this way but wasnt sure? By the way, due to my stomach i am unable to drink protein shake which is really annoying :( if anyone has used creatine and stacked with different supplements id really appreciate your reviews!!! I want to add mass and bulk up. Eating about 80-90 grams of protein a day....currently only weigh over 8.3 stone.

You can literally stack almost anything with creatine. Its a staple in most stacks. I wouldnt say using a NO booster alongside it would produce notable gains however, it is only creatine afterall.

What is your issue with protein shakes? Are you lactose intolerant? Have you tried isolate protein?

If you want to gain mass, that's not a supplement issue that's a diet issue. You need to maintain a caloric surplus, so first you need to find your TDEE and add 10-20% on to that number which will be your surplus. Creatine is great at any phase of dieting and training and can be "stacked" with basically anything. If you're really looking for body composition changes you could look to something like X-Gels.
 
Anything. Creatine can be stacked with literally anything. And if you're only eating 80-90g protein a day, I would suggest supplementing with a protein powder. 80-90g a day is not enough protein if you're training hard and trying to grow.

OP said he is intolerant to protein powder.... But still 80-90g is not enough
