What to run next?

Previously did a cycle of LGI epistane at 40-60mg for 7 weeks and gained about 10lbs with little to no sides besides 1 or 2 cases of back pumps.
Was wondering what should I run next, I was looking to do a cut/recomp for my 2nd cycle.

I have on hand:
DMZ
Msten
160 x 10mg capsules of epistane
Hdrol
Dimethandrostenol (Mithras)

Stats:
200lbs
14-16% bodyfat
6ft

I was thinking of stacking Hdrol and epistane. Anyone have any input on what should I run and at what doses? I have TUDCA on hand as well. Thanks in advance.

6 months of testosterone dosed at 250-400mg a week will give you the results you want

6months. That's a long time to be on test man.
24weeks?

I'd advise 12weeks, 15 for an advanced user (possibly)

The longer time on, the more issues and harder to come back.

Then just stay on
These are hormones, if you come off you're really just pissing in the wind. A year of solid bulking and you've pretty much hit what you're going to be able to maintain naturally. After then you're best just staying off. Run 6 weeks of something in summer I guess but it's just a temporary thing

I've also never seen a single medical study that suggested 8 weeks was any harder than 8 months when it came to natural test levels coming back. But sperm count does go down

I am looking to use test soon, I was thinking of losing some bf using PHs and bridging it into a test cycle for a bulk.
This is my plan
4 weeks- PH recomp/cut
2 weeks- PH + test
8-10 weeks- test
Cycle duration: 14-16 weeks

Most people advise cycling to give your body a break, remember your shut down that entire time.

It's also things like blood pressure that can be under stress too.

There are also other people who say coming off and then going back on can play with hormones.

It will be interesting to see other people's views but I personally wouldn't advise staying on unless your becoming a pro, obviously they don't cycle, just blast and cruise.

I agree, 6 months is way too long. 15 week max on test and 8 week max on orals imo

There is that thing about your endocrine system never recovering and then being on TRT for life. Advanced users only do about 16 weeks of test tops then cycle off. And if they are smart they will run hcg that entire time.

What's wrong with being on TRT?
"advanced users do 16 weeks"

lol
ok sure

Nothing to support the hypothesis that 8 months is any worse than 8 weeks

The possibility of permanent shut down for one. But with your comment earlier "what's wrong with being on TRT?" Kind of self explanatory man. I'd keep this dangerous information and bro science to yourself honestly before you get some young man hurt.

There was a study that showed complete HPTA recovery in HRT patients that were on varying doses for 6 months
I'll find it later

everybody knows at least one or many stories about guys who was on low test cycle only couple off weeks and then end up on trt they never recovered on 100 % and you are recommended 6 months test cycle for guy without asking him about his age/experience/pct?

If he is using steroids he should be experienced
No further discussion needed
Either you're serious or you have no business ****ing with hormones

There is a difference between serious and stupid. Your suggestions are irresponsible and I really hope no one listens to you for Thier sake

I guess it's fine if you don't want to progress above what can be done without steroids
If you can do it without steroids then why even bother
Why take steroids to look good for a month only to go back to what you had before

If they are ran properly gains can be kept. If diet and training is on point t you can continue to gain through pct and beyond. Steroids are a performance enhancer, not a crutch to lean on. We try to promote proper cycling techniques here, not give local endos business

Keeping gains is not the same as holding more that can be held naturally
Show me a guy that does 6 or 8 week cycles that doesn't look like a natural or fat

I've nearly doubled my starting body weight. I was never meant to be the size I am naturally. There are numerous guys on here that are built like mack trucks and do short cycles. Sorry, I just cannot agree with you here. I know being on all the time will get you bigger but I don't want to rely on a shot the rest of my life to feel okay

Great, you still look natural

This guy is a danger to himself and every other inexperienced person. I feel bad for the people at his home gym that he's feeding this garbage to. With cycles I've done, I have kept and maintained every bit of what I put on in my PCT and after my PCT. Like one member said above, I don't want a shot the rest of my life just to feel okay, avoid depression, etc.

Any input?
I was thinking of running 75mg Halo + 30 mg EPI for 6 weeks.
I have d1methadrol/halo-100/Msten as well

though i have no 1st hand knowledge of stacking those two, from everything that Ive researched personally.
you should not stack halo with epi since they work similar to each other. it would only result in an extremely
dry cycle that make your joints hurt really really bad.

when you stack various compounds it should be compounds that have a synergistic effect with each other,
not 2 similar compounds that target the same goal.

Good advice

I have some left over EPI from a previous cycle (up to 60mg with no joint issues), Any thoughts on what I should run?

That epi is pretty much useless without more. Just run a simple msten cycle since you have it on hand and keep looking for some more epi to add to your stash for a good epi cycle
